The Interiors for a major building refurbishment of the existing CLP Headquarters of a 25,800 sm, seven (7) level corporate building including the office and retail premises to create both a new corporate headquarters for CLP Holdings as well as a new retail centre and residents clubhouse for the local neighbourhood.
