Inarc Design Hong Kong Limited was commissioned to provide the Interiors for an exemplar 400 sm building systems Centralized Monitoring Centre and Customer Service Centre for the Hongkong Land Company, the largest commercial building landlord in Central, Hong Kong. The prime function of the Centre was to monitor and manage all the building systems and daily tenant requests within the company’s property portfolio in the Central business district and consisting of ten large commercial buildings containing approximately 500,000 sm of gross floor area for their tenants. The new facility was located on the top floor of one of their flagship buildings and has panoramic views over the Hong Kong harbour.

A unique design was created to provide a modern corporate environment for the facility while allowing potential corporate tenants to view the state of the art information technology provided by the landlord to manage the building systems of their prime property portfolio in the Central business district of Hong Kong.  A range of quality materials were selected to allow the operators to feel relaxed and comfortable within a high technology environment including timber veneer patterns to acoustic wall panels and acoustic ceilings and carpet to raised floors.

At the International Property Awards 2012-2013_Asia Pacific Summit held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 27 April 2012, Inarc Design Hong Kong Limited won the Best Office Interior (5-Star)_Hong Kong for this project.
