Description | The Interiors of a 180 sm retail venue called the ‘Levade’ including a reception area, a range of display areas, a change room and a small office. |
Completion Date | February 2014 |
Inarc Design Hong Kong Limited was commissioned to provide the Interiors for a two-phased renovation programme for five new venues within the existing Clubhouse.
On arrival at the main reception area, members can immediately see the extent of the interior of this retail venue and are then led through a series of framed spaces to individual areas that display the diverse range of the Club’s branded merchandise including jewellery, watches, handbags, and apparel and household accessories. In order to minimise the potential clash of colours that could develop between the diverse range of the Club’s branded merchandise and a new modern retail interior, a neutral, classic palette of colours consisting of black, off-white and several tones of beige and cream were selected for this outlet. The design of the display cabinets with glass shelves are a modern interpretation of traditional Chinese lattice screens that were normally decorated with art and selected materials to provide privacy in a large space.
At the International Property Awards 2014-2015_Asia Pacific Property and Hospitality Summit held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 9 May 2014, Inarc Design Hong Kong Limited won both the Best Retail Interior Award (5-Star)_China and the Best Retail Interior Award_Asia Pacific for this project. At the finals of the International Property Awards 2014-2015 held in Dubai, UAE on 4 December 2014, Inarc Design Hong Kong Limited further won the World’s Best International Retail Interior Award for this project.
