Inarc Design Hong Kong Limited won an international competition to provide both the Architecture and the Interiors for a 1,140 sm, three level new residence on a 3,000 sm site which has expansive views of distant mountains. The ground floor level contains the entry foyer, stair atrium, large living / dining area, kitchen, breakfast area and garage; the first floor level contains the master bedroom suite with views from the ensuite bathroom, four additional bedrooms with three bathroom ensuites and a study; and the basement level contains the wine cellar, swimming pool and associated sunken courtyards, spa and plant rooms.

A unique modern design for the Architecture was created to accommodate the requirements for a large family and an entertainment lifestyle, to maximise the views to the gardens and to allow sunlight and natural ventilation to penetrate into all areas of the residence.
