Inarc Design Hong Kong Limited was commissioned to provide both the Architecture and the Interiors for a 1,500 sm, four level new residence on a 3,800 sm site in central Beijing. The ground floor level contains the entry foyer, vestibule, large living and dining areas, guest bedroom, bathroom and the kitchen; the first floor level contains two large bedrooms and their respective bathroom ensuites with terraces, vestibule and living area. The second floor level contains the master bedroom suite including a large living area; and the basement area contains a large wine cellar, mahjong room, karaoke room, dance room, gym, bathrooms and staff quarters. The whole residence is vertically connected by a grand stair and lift.
A mid-nineteen century, European architectural design style residence was created as requested by the Client to accommodate the requirements of a large family and an entertainment lifestyle while generous spaces and quality materials extend throughout the whole building.
