Inarc Design Hong Kong Limited was commissioned to provide both the Architecture and the Interiors for a 500 sm, four (4) level new residence on a 2,588 sm site which has expansive views of the sea at Sai Kung. The ground floor level contains the entry foyer, study, powder room, kitchen and the combined dining, living and family rooms adjacent to a large terrace with a 20 metre long infinity-edge swimming pool. The first floor level contains a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, three additional bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a stair access to the roof; and the two basement levels contain garage spaces, plant rooms and maids quarters.

The residence is clad in zinc and with double glazed windows and sits above a granite clad podium incorporating an infinity-edge pool. A unique modern design for the Architecture has been created to accommodate the Client’s requirements and to maximise the expansive sea views.

At the International Property Awards 2014-2015_Asia Pacific Property and Hospitality Summit held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 9 May 2014, Inarc Design Hong Kong Limited won both the Best Architecture Single Residence Award (5-Star)_Hong Kong and the Best Architecture Single Residence Award_Asia Pacific for this project.
