Inarc Design Hong Kong Limited was commissioned to provide the master plan, the Architecture and the Interiors for a new large estate on a 7,800SM site in Gassin, France over-looking the sea and the nearby St. Tropez area. The accommodation brief from the Client included one main residence of approximately 500SM of floor area over two levels, three separate guest villas, a large swimming pool, under-ground garage and a separate staff accommodation building all within beautiful, private landscaped gardens.

The design solution for the Architecture is based on a vision to return this remaining large site to a past agricultural setting in Gassin, France with olive trees located on terraces stepping (en restanques) down the site. Within this landscape setting, the guest accommodation cannot be seen either from the surrounding neighbourhood, the street or the main residence and the site is returned to a vision of its agricultural heritage with olive trees along stone walled terraces, rows of lavender flowers, herb gardens, lines of plane trees and Florentine cypress trees, scented scrubs and flowers_the hallmarks of a beautiful landscape that is Provence, France.

At the International Property Awards 2013-2014_European Property and Hospitality Summit held in London, United Kingdom on 24 September 2013, Inarc Design Hong Kong Limited won the Architecture Single Residence Award (Highly Commended)_France for this project.
