Description 
The Architecture and Interiors for the re-development of a ten hectares, 240 year old estate in the Old Deer Park at Richmond including firstly, a new 4,580 sm below ground residential accommodation building with two courtyards open to the sky and twelve bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, an indoor 15 metre swimming pool with a glass roof above and underground car parking for 26 vehicles with a helipad above. Secondly, selected works to the existing 840 sm Grade 1 King’s Observatory heritage building including a new lift and foyer to the new residential accommodation building, and sensitive re-finishing of this existing building.
